What Data We Collect

Account Information

Data you provide when creating and using your account

Email address, username, and (if you set one) a hashed password
Profile information (avatar, banner, referral/affiliate code)
Connected account details (Discord / Google profile info you choose to link)
Patreon membership data (Patreon ID, Patreon email, tier, pledge status, lifetime support totals, access & refresh tokens)
Credit balance and detailed credit history (purchases, usage, refunds, bonuses)
Security data (2FA secrets & backup codes, email verification codes, password reset tokens and their expiry times)
Account activity and preferences (account creation date, last login, total logins, last seen timestamp, theme preference)

AI Verb Data

Information about your AI characters and interactions

Verb ownership data (your user ID and email as the creator)
Identity details (verb name, description, vanity URL, avatar, banner, tags)
Character attributes (age, birthday day/month only, language)
Extended personality fields (core personality, backstory, beliefs/values, hobbies, likes, dislikes, system instructions)
Custom training examples, long‑term memories, and knowledge entries you save for each verb
Verb behaviour & safety settings (slang/profanity toggle, image generation, web search, model and generation parameters)
Discord bot integration data (bot token, client ID, username, avatar/banner, server count, AI channels, ignored users, status)
Usage metrics (total requests, image generation counts, recent request timestamps, creation and last activity timestamps)

How to Delete Your Data

You can permanently delete your account and data yourself at any time

Delete your account in the app

  • Sign in to your Verba account
  • Go to SettingsSecurity
  • Scroll to the Delete Account section and click Delete My Account
  • Confirm the deletion — this action is permanent and cannot be undone

What is deleted from our databases

  • Your user account (email, username, profile, security settings, credits and Patreon link)
  • All verbs you own, including their personalities, training data, long‑term memories, and knowledge entries
  • Your Discord bot integrations (including stored bot tokens and configuration for those verbs)
  • Your direct messages and your messages in group chats (including attachments, mentions, and reactions)
  • Cached conversation history for your verbs used to maintain context
  • Your membership in groups; groups you own are either transferred to another member or deleted along with their messages
  • Locally stored avatars/banners you uploaded to our servers (where applicable)
In some cases we may retain minimal records required for legal, accounting, or fraud‑prevention purposes (for example, payment records), but these are limited and no longer used to provide services to your deleted account. If you cannot access your account but want your data removed, please contact support via the Contact page or Discord.
