"AI Verb" or "Verb"

An artificial intelligence-powered verb created by users through our platform, capable of engaging in conversations and interactions via Discord and other platforms.

"Content"

Any text, images, audio, video, or other materials uploaded, created, or generated through our Service, including AI verb personalities, training data, and generated responses.

"User" or "You"

Any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Service, including Discord users who interact with AI characters.

"Service"

The Verba AI Characters Platform, including all features, functionality, AI models, Discord integration, and services provided.

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We implement security measures including account lockouts after failed login attempts.

OAuth Integration

You may link your Discord, Google, or Patreon accounts to your Verba account. Each external account can only be linked to one Verba account.

Permitted Uses

You may use our Service to:

• Create and customize AI characters for personal or commercial use
• Integrate AI characters with Discord servers and other platforms
• Generate content using our AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, etc.)
• Share your AI characters with the community
• Use premium features based on your subscription tier

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Create AI characters that impersonate real people without consent
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or abuse
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Exceed your subscription limits or bypass usage restrictions
• Create AI characters that violate Discord's Terms of Service

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, but grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our Service, including training our AI models and improving our platform.

AI Verb Ownership

You own the AI verbs you create, including their personality, appearance, and behavior. However, the underlying AI technology and models remain our property. You may not claim ownership of the AI models themselves.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice. Current tiers include Free, Plus, Pro, and Ultra plans.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through PayPal and other payment partners. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Patreon Integration

Premium features may be accessed through Patreon subscriptions. Patreon integration is subject to Patreon's terms and conditions.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices, including the collection of user data, AI verb data, and usage analytics.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We integrate with third-party services including Discord, PayPal, Patreon, and AI model providers. Your data may be shared with these services as necessary to provide our Service.

We retain your data as long as necessary to provide our Service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues.

AI Output

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and moderating AI outputs. We are not liable for any consequences of AI-generated content.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services we integrate with, including Discord, PayPal, Patreon, or AI model providers.

Limitation of Damages

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We may also terminate accounts for non-payment or extended inactivity.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive. We may retain your data for a reasonable period for legal and operational purposes.
